Book Website Builder provides custom website design and development services specifically for indie authors. Our services include:

• Essential Author Website (€349): Professional website with 10 premium themes included
• Professional Features Add-on (+€149): Enhanced features including 20 themes, priority support, and advanced customization
• Optional managed hosting (€19/month or €180/year)
• Website customization and content integration

Payment terms and conditions:

• All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment is required in full before project commencement
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal through secure payment processors
• Hosting fees (if applicable) are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue hosting accounts
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive refund policy:

• 30-day money-back guarantee on all website packages
• Refunds available before final website delivery
• Partial refunds may be available based on work completed
• Hosting fees are non-refundable after service activation
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@bookwebsiteservice.com
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Our design process and your responsibilities:

• Project timelines: 5-10 days depending on package selected
• You must provide all content, images, and materials within 48 hours of project start
• We provide up to 2 rounds of revisions included in the package price
• Additional revisions available at €125 per round
• Delays in content provision may extend delivery timeline
• Final approval required before website launch

Intellectual property rights and ownership:

• Upon full payment, you own all content and materials you provide
• You receive full ownership of the final website design and code
• You grant us permission to use your project in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Third-party themes, plugins, and tools retain their original licenses
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all provided content
• We retain rights to our design methodologies and business processes

For clients choosing our managed hosting service:

• 99.9% uptime guarantee with automatic backups
• SSL certificates and security updates included
• Monthly hosting fees are €19/month or €180/year
• 30 days notice required for hosting cancellation
• Website files provided upon cancellation
• Content updates included in managed service packages

Self-hosted clients receive complete website files and documentation for independent hosting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Book Website Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages or issues
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content
• We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those stated
